Verbano Events was contacted in April 2009 as support to organize an event for approximately 260 lawyers & solicitors, for May 2010, following the visit to various locations among restaurants, castles and villas. It was essential to the client that the Welcome cocktail and gala dinner options had breathtaking views of the Lake. With the client we looked at locations around lake Maggiore, lake Orta and lake Mergozzo.
The hotels selected by the client were: Grand Hotel Regina Palace and Grand Hotel Des Iles Borromees in Stresa.
After a difficult selection, the client choice was for three stunning locations:
- Piccolo Lago on Lake Mergozzo for the Executive VIP dinner
- Villa Rusconi Clerici in Pallanza for the Welcome Cocktail with catering service
- Castello Dal Pozzo in Oleggio Castello for the Gala Dinner
Transport to the dinners was arranged by boat for Villa Rusconi and by bus to the other locations; services all organised by Verbano Events. Stunning floral arrangements to suit each evening where also arranged.
The evenings were accompanied with music and entertainment.
Verbano Events was also in charge of arranging the spouses activities and leisure programme, which included a scenic boat tour with lunch on Isola Superiore as well as shopping with a typical "pizza" lunch in Arona on the last day of the event.
All meet and greet at the airport as well as high profile transfers by Mercedes cars, minibuses and buses were arranged by Verbano Events.
